Product overview

Five channels. One overview of your customer questions.

Hubbery helps handle email, website chat, WhatsApp, SMS and phone conversations. Hubby uses your business knowledge, asks follow-up questions and follows your configured workflow. You keep track of what happens and where a colleague is needed.

Wherever your customer gets in touch

Choose the channels that fit your organisation. Each has its own setup and conditions; the work comes together in Hubbery.

Product overview

The case continues when the channel changes

A customer starts on WhatsApp, emails more information and calls later. Related conversations can stay with the same case, keeping questions, answers and follow-up together. Linking uses available contact and conversation context; a matching name alone is not enough.

Boiler shows error E04

Needs a human

Hubby has prepared the conversation for you.

My boiler shows error E04. What can I do?

HubbyClarify the question

I can help. What brand and model is your boiler?

From a question to the next step

Hubby helps move the conversation forward within the knowledge, actions and permissions you have configured.

  1. 1

    Understand the question

Message content and available case context help establish what the customer means.

  2. 2

    Answer or clarify

Hubby uses approved business knowledge. A short reply such as “yes” can simply prompt a follow-up question.

  3. 3

    Prepare and carry out work

An answer or connected action is prepared or carried out according to your settings. Where approval is required, a proposal comes first.

  4. 4

    Involve a colleague

If Hubby cannot responsibly handle the question independently, the case appears in Needs a human with the available context.

Your daily workspace

Keep an overview and guide Hubbery

Customer conversations and your conversation with Hubby each have their own place. See the work and ask for help with the next step.

Inbox: your cases and follow-up

See all cases, your own work and what needs a human. Within a case you find the conversation, channels, context and proposed replies.

  • See who is handling a case and its status.
  • Review ongoing and resolved cases and follow activity.
  • Take over when needed and hand the conversation back to Hubby according to your settings.

Hubbery Chat: help for you

The internal chat is your conversation with Hubby, separate from website chat for customers. Ask where a setting is, get an explanation or prepare available work.

  • Find the right page using supported navigation requests.
  • Get help with a reply, knowledge suggestion or available setting.
  • Review a proposal before approving an action where required.

Supported requests and connected actions determine what is possible. Continuous voice conversations with Hubby are a future extension.

You choose how much Hubby can do

Choose a workflow per topic: observe, propose or handle independently. Connected actions follow their own permissions and approval requirements.

Photos and documents belong with the conversation

Customers can send attachments through supported channels. Hubbery keeps them with the case and can use available text, images or other processed content to answer a question.

File type, channel, size and processing determine what is available. Receiving an attachment does not mean it has been read in full; missing or unusable content calls for clarification or review.
