The automation report, step by step

  1. You send an export of your tickets or chats from the past year — csv or json, however your system produces it. Attachments are not needed.
  2. We send a data processing agreement first; only then do you send the export, through a secure link we give you. Not by email.
  3. Within five working days you get the report: per topic how many questions there were, what Hubbery would have handled on its own, what would have gone to a human and where it went wrong.
  4. After that we delete the export and everything we made from it, unless you become a customer and want to use it as starting knowledge.

Rather look for yourself without sending anything? Create an account and put every topic in shadow mode; then you see it on your own mail, without a single customer noticing.
